At Newspeak House, cooking for the community is a ritual also known as Ration Club, entirely run by volunteers, where, usually two people buy ingredients and cook for the community. Here you can find my experience…

Newspeak – My experience in ration club.

Cooking for 30 can be really challenging! I had never thought before of all the hard work and Supply Chain Engineering that my grandma had to put into practice for every family lunch or dinner.

I just start understanding now also, all the appreciation, love, engagement, fulfilment… that happen around cooking and eating together.

A great honour cooking Nasi Campur and Sayur Urap with Catalin Zorzini at Newspeak House!
